Starting December 1, 2025, Delivery will update its rates for certain types of services. 
Over the past period, we have seen an increase in operating costs, particularly fuel and premises rental costs. As your reliable logistics partner, we are forced to adjust our rates in order to continue to provide the stable level of service and reliability of transportation that you expect. 

Please note that rates for pallet transportation have not been updated since August last year, and rates for Address Service have remained unchanged since September 1, 2023. 

On average, the increase will apply to the following types of cargo: 

  • over 30 kg (increase from 50 kopecks to 1.5 UAH per 1 kg) 

For example, in the most popular tariff zone “III” for the Kyiv-Dnipro route, the cost will be: 
1 kg of cargo - 8.50 UAH (previously 7.50 UAH).  
1 m³ - 2,125 UAH (previously 1,760 UAH) 

  • pallets (increase of up to 7%)

The cost of transporting, for example, a 300 kg Euro pallet will be from 720 UAH (previously 660 UAH).

  • parcels up to 30 kg (+5 UAH) 

The cost of document delivery will range from 45 UAH to 50 UAH, and parcels weighing up to 10 kg, for example, will cost from 70 UAH to 80 UAH. Please note that there are two rates for this category: within the city and a single price throughout Ukraine without reference to tariff zones. 

  • Tires and rims (+20 UAH) 

All the benefits of the industry tariff will continue to apply to this category. The new delivery cost will be:
- passenger cars - from 70 UAH
- light trucks - from 95 UAH
- trucks - from 115 UAH. 

  • Sectoral tariff for heavy cargo (+9%)

The initial cost under this tariff will be from UAH 880. It remains 30% more advantageous than the tariff on general terms.
 
At the same time, based on Delivery's internal analysis, the company's tariffs remain one of the most advantageous in the competitive environment of logistics services. 
 
Update of “Address Delivery and Pickup” rates

The rates for this service have not been revised since September 1, 2023, so the changes are aimed at maintaining the efficiency and speed of service. The revision of rates will allow us to provide our couriers with the necessary fuel and maintain their salary levels, especially given the current difficulties in the labor marke

The changes will affect the following rates: 

  • within the city where there is a Delivery branch, the cost of calling a courier for cargo weighing more than 25 kg will be 175 UAH. One of the most popular rates for up to 500 kg will cost UAH 450. This will ensure an adequate number of vehicles and fast order processing. 

 

  • Outside the city, the minimum order cost will change from UAH 520 to UAH 800. 

 

  • Separate vehicle delivery – in cases where the customer needs an individual transport solution, the delivery of a separate vehicle will cost from 1,200 UAH. This solution is aimed at customers who work with large-sized cargo or have a large batch of goods.  

 

  • Tire delivery — we will deliver passenger tires to the address for 40 UAH, and truck tires for 60 UAH. In this category, the benefit is 50% off the base courier rates. 

 

  • Pallet collection and delivery – in this segment, the new prices are as follows: half pallets from 200 UAH, and Euro pallets or American pallets 1.2 from 350 UAH per unit of cargo. Guaranteed discounts of up to 30% for targeted delivery and pallet collection remain unchanged. 

 

The tariff changes are moderate and well-thought-out — they will allow us to continue to ensure the stability and reliability of services for your cargo. Thanks to this, you will receive stable service and confidence that you are choosing one of the most profitable partners on the market. This means that even with an increase in tariffs, you will continue to receive maximum benefits from working with Delivery.

On the evening of October 15, during another Russian attack, the Delivery branch in Nizhyn (Chernihiv region) was hit. Fortunately, none of the employees or customers were injured.

The shelling destroyed the premises and cargo. The branch is closed today.

Starting October 17, it will resume operations as a mobile point for receiving and delivering cargo at its current address.

Delivery зберігає стабільність: ІІІ кварталIn January-August 2025, the logistics market in Ukraine continued to show a decline in the volume of cargo transported by all modes of transport. According to the State Statistics Service, road transport decreased by 11% compared to last year. This trend did not bypass Delivery. However, even in difficult market conditions, we have achieved positive results — we continue to develop and improve our internal processes and services. 

In the third quarter of 2025, the volume of cargo accepted increased by 1.8%. Although the growth rate slowed down compared to the same period in 2024 (+15%), the average check increased by 10.3%, which ensured a 17.2% increase in cash flow. 

Despite a slight decrease in the average weight per receipt by 2.97% and the average weight per shipment by 1.13%, the company maintains a stable cargo turnover structure. 
Traditionally, Delivery focuses on consolidated shipments weighing over 30 kg and pallet shipments, which remain the core of the business and account for 86.8% of the total volume of shipments. 

The following changes have occurred in the cargo turnover structure:
• cargo over 30 kg — +5.08%
• pallets — +14.25%
• parcels up to 30 kg — –0.62% 

 

Delivery continues to systematically optimize its trunk logistics. 86% of branches are served by flights 5–6 times a week, which is 10% more than last year. This has made it possible to increase the timeliness of cargo delivery by 9.65% and reduce the average transportation time to 26 hours. 

The efficiency of targeted customer service is also growing—its share has increased by 1.13%, and service quality indicators have improved by another 2% to reach 95%. 

The implementation of a systematic approach to improving service standards has yielded noticeable results. In particular, the number of customer complaints decreased by 21.42%, and cases of cargo damage decreased by 16.51%. There is only 1 accident per 871 cargo units

Particularly noteworthy is the significant reduction in the share of cargo losses — by 78.57%, which is an indicator of improved control and reliability at all stages of transportation. That is, 1 out of 330,000 items is lost — such a small proportion that we can talk about complete delivery reliability. 
The situation on the labor market in Ukraine remains difficult. Therefore, Delivery is doing everything possible and has increased its wage fund by 27.1% to ensure decent service for its customers. 
 
The insurance sector showed slight growth: the total amount of insurance coverage in partnership with the insurance company KVORUM increased by 0.22%, and 94.36% of customers order insurance services. 

 

Despite the challenges facing the logistics sector, Delivery managed to expand its regional network during the third quarter of 2025. During the reporting period, 6 new branches were opened in the following cities: Kryzhopil (Vinnytsia region), Mala Vyska and Novomyrhorod (Kirovohrad region), Piatykhatky (Dnipropetrovsk region), Chechelnyk (Khmelnytskyi region), and Bilohorodka (Kyiv region). This has increased the accessibility of the company's services. 

 
In September, Delivery presented an updated version of its mobile app, which the team of specialists had been working on for several months. The new interface combines modern design with proven functionality, which has significantly improved the user experience and made interaction with the app more intuitive and convenient.  

A new “Discounts and Points” section has been developed in the app, allowing users to track their tariff plan and the benefits provided by Delivery in real time. Customers can now see their personal discounts, available loyalty points, active promo codes, and current promotional offers.  

In addition, the “Discounts and Points” section allows users to monitor the fulfillment of the conditions for maintaining and extending the discounts provided. This approach provides complete control over benefits, allows for effective shipment planning, and maximizes the use of the company's services.

The results of the third quarter of 2025 confirm that Delivery remains stable and continues to grow, even in difficult market conditions, and strives daily to achieve further growth in the B2B sector. The company continues to work to provide even better services!

– не відповідають вимогам Закону України “Про аудит фінансової звітності та аудиторську діяльність”;

– подали до участі в конкурсі документи, що містять недостовірну інформацію;
