How to leave a tip?
 
Give a rating of 4 or 5 stars, and then the ‘Gratuity’ block will become available, where you can select the suggested amount or specify your own and leave a review.
 
A nice bonus: for each rating, you will receive 30 points to your bonus account under the Delivery loyalty programme.
 
How points are calculated:

• The first rating of one representative per day = 30 points.
• Points are credited the day after the rating.

Starting 11 September, Delivery will introduce changes to the rates for ‘Overtime storage of cargo at the branch’. 

In general, the method of calculating the cost of the service will change:

• Documents and cargo up to 30 kg and 0.12 m³
Free of charge: 7 calendar days
Paid storage: 20% per day of the cost of transportation (according to the receipt) ‘Branch-Branch’ with a discount.

• Cargo up to 499 kg and 1.99 m³
Free of charge: 7 calendar days
Paid storage: 15% per day of the cost of transportation (according to the receipt) ‘Branch-Branch’ with a discount.

• Shipments over 500 kg and 2 m³ and cargo marked ‘oversized’
Free of charge: 5 calendar days
Paid storage: 10% per day of the cost of transportation (according to the receipt) ‘Branch-Branch’ with a discount.

All other Delivery rates and services remain unchanged.

More pallets — bigger discount!

Do you have oversized cargo? Now is the time to ship it! Throughout September, we are reducing the surcharge for oversized cargo by 10%:  

• Instead of the standard 30%, it will be only 20%!  

This means that you pay less for your non-standard shipments.  

What is considered oversized?  

Length over 4 m, height over 2 m, width over 1.8 m and weight over 1 tonne.  

The promotion is valid throughout August for all customers.  

The discount is applied automatically — no additional action is required.

Доставка вантажу з даною послугою — це зручний спосіб відправити вантаж без попередньої оплати: Одержувач може бути впевнений, що отримає той товар на який розраховує, а Відправник гарантовано отримає грошовий переказ.

Як це працює:

1. Ви відправляєте вантаж із новою послугою «Переказ за квитанцією».
2. Одержувач отримує товар і сплачує її вартість у відділенні через POS-термінал.
3. Кошти надходять зручним вам способом:
   • на IBAN фізичної особи
   • на розрахунковий рахунок (ФОП чи юридичної особи).

Тарифи на послугу:

• 2% від суми переказу, але не менше 2 грн
• + 20 грн за оформлення квитанції у відділенні Delivery.

Як скористатись?

• Відправити товар з послугою «Переказ» можна з будь-якого відділення Delivery.
• Оплатити товар при отриманні можна у представництвах з POS-терміналом:
