The ‘Tips’ section in the Branch or Courier Service Rating. In the new version of the app, we have introduced a convenient tool for expressing gratitude to couriers and branch employees. Users can choose the tip amount from the options provided or specify their own, according to their wishes.
The app allows you to choose who to address the reward to — an individual employee or distribute it among the entire branch team.
Discounts and Points section. The new functionality of the mobile app allows users to track their tariff plan and the benefits provided by Delivery in real time. Now customers can see their personal discounts, available loyalty points, active promo codes, and current promotional offers.
In addition, the ‘Discounts and Points’ section allows you to monitor compliance with the conditions for maintaining and extending discounts. This approach provides complete control over benefits, allows you to effectively plan shipments and make the most of the company's services.
The updated Delivery app has retained all its familiar features: the ability to quickly and conveniently issue a receipt for shipment, track its movement, edit data online, order delivery or pickup, share receipt and request data with the recipient, pay for services online, and much more.

As of 18 July, Delivery resumed operations at the Dnipro-Transit terminal. The mainline logistics is already operating almost in full, and we are gradually returning to standard delivery schedules.

On the night of 17 July, during another Russian attack on Dnipro, the enemy struck at the logistics infrastructure. The Dnipro-Transit terminal and the office of the DCC-1, which serves customers in Dnipro city and Dnipro region, were damaged. The base recorded 12 drone arrivals.
Unfortunately, a driver was killed in the attack. Two other employees were injured and hospitalised. We express our sincere condolences. Other employees managed to evacuate to shelters in time.
Our targeted logistics vehicles were damaged. Part of the area near the terminal is still on fire, and the response is ongoing. The Dnipro-Transit terminal is currently without power and internet connection. As a result, all flights in Dnipro and the region have been cancelled today. We will be able to resume customer service only after the relevant permission from the security services and the completion of the inspection of the facilities.
The amount of damage and the list of damaged goods are currently being established. We will work individually with each customer to compensate for damaged or lost cargo.
Our team is already working on the recovery to return to normal operations as soon as possible.

Delivery has summed up its results for the second quarter of 2025. Despite the overall slowdown in cargo turnover growth, the company managed to achieve a significant improvement in key indicators. Compared to the same period in 2024, the timeliness of delivery increased, the average transportation time decreased, and the share of cargo damage decreased. These changes were reflected in the growth of customers, their trust and the average bill. At the same time, the company is renovating its branches and implementing the company's external identity.
In the second quarter of 2025, the volume of cargo accepted increased by 2.7%, a slower growth rate than in the same period of 2024 (+19.9%). At the same time, the average receipt increased by 26.5%, which helped to increase cash turnover by 25.8%.
The company's cargo turnover is traditionally based on groupage cargo over 30 kg and pallets. Despite a slight decline of 0.12%, this segment remains the key one, accounting for 86.8% of all traffic. The structure of cargo turnover shows the following changes:
The average weight of one unit of cargo increased by 2.1% and that of one shipment by 2.68% compared to Q2 2024.
The mainline logistics continues to show positive dynamics. Today, 95% of branches are provided with flights 5-6 times a week, which is 26% more than last year. As a result, the timeliness of cargo arrival reached 81.96% (+8.2%), and the average delivery time per shipment was reduced to 26 hours.
Targeted delivery remains a strategic area: its share increased to 36.8%, and the quality of service improved to 95%, up 2% year-on-year.
Customer service and cargo insurance continue to deliver positive results. In the second quarter, the number of customers grew by 3.1% as a result of targeted efforts to improve the quality of service and reduce cargo damage by 20.7%. As a result, the number of complaints decreased by 33.1%.
Steady growth was recorded in the insurance sector: 94.82% of all cargo was insured, and the total amount of insurance coverage increased by 1.41%.
Despite the challenges faced by the logistics sector, Delivery continued to expand its presence in the regions in the second quarter of 2025. During the reporting period, 8 new branches were opened in the following cities: Apostolove (Dnipro region), Bohorodchany (Ivano-Frankivsk region), Velyka Oleksandrivka and Vysokopillia (Kherson region), Dymer (Kyiv region), Kamianets (Kirovohrad region), Mizhhiria (Zakarpattia region) and Snihurivka (Mykolaiv region). This is another step towards ensuring the availability of services throughout Ukraine.
The company paid special attention to the Avtomotoprice industry tariff, which was expanded with new categories. For the transport of R-15 tyres, the Light Truck Tyres and Discs category was added with clearly defined weight, volume and delivery costs. The Medium Bumper category has also been introduced, which provides convenient and favourable conditions for transporting medium-sized auto parts. Both options offer a fixed cost across Ukraine, which makes the tariff even more attractive to the automotive industry.
In May, we launched a new service called ‘Transfer to a bank account or IBAN of an individual with a receipt’. Delivery of goods with this service is a convenient way to send cargo without prepayment: The Recipient can be sure that he will receive the goods he expects, and the Sender is guaranteed to receive the money transfer. Delivery's IT team continues to expand the functionality of the Customer Area. The new Contacts service allows you to conveniently manage your recipient database: save, edit or delete contact details. This is especially useful for speeding up the issuance of receipts without the need to re-enter information.
The company is finalising work on an updated mobile application, which is scheduled to be launched in the near future. The new interface, but at the same time familiar functionality, and additional features will make interaction with Delivery even more convenient and efficient for users.
